  7. On site meetings to insure the construction is proceeding as scheduled. We review contractor invoices and prepare minutes of weekly meetings.

  8. We prepare a detailed punch list at the project’s completion and follow

up to insure that all work is satisfactorily completed as designed.

Universal Design

As we get older, Incorporating Universal Design elements into a home is critical. Anyone of any age can be temporarily, differently abled. Preplanning and accommodating features that allow one to live in their home longer and stay self - sufficient is crucial to many people.

Features such as - wider width doors that accommodate wheelchairs or walking appliances, grab bars or at least wall reinforcement for future grab bars can be  planned, zero entry, walk in showers that have multiple water delivery options, seating and non-slip surfaces, brighter lighting, lever handles, and pullout drawers at kitchens should all be considered in the planning stages of your home.
